Mallory ******* from Mallory Lane Salon Lacks customer service skills , does not return calls, or take them. If theres a problem with your hair (extensions) she doesnt even bother trying to get you into fix them . I contacted her two and a half weeks prior to my scheduled appointment explaining how they were showing and hanging very low , and that my roots were completely white and needed an appointment. It took her several days to even bother with a text . She told me she couldnt work me in and that I would have to wait till my appointment. She then cancelled my appointment via a text message ! due to inclement weather and would get back to me. however many other businesses were still open and I drove an hour and fifteen minutes to get to my appointment. I had asked for an adjustment two weeks prior but this girl is never available , more likely shes never in . I texted ( since she wont take phone calls) the next day , I informed her , I made another appointment with another salon and would like to pick up the remaining extensions so they can fix me on the Friday i made the appointment, she waited 5 days and the morning of my appointment to tell me she wont be in !! And she left the hair at the neighbors for me to pick up at noon. I then had to text her that I would be a little later and again no response and NO ONe was the neighbors when I arrived at 12:45pm . This woman has no idea how to handle customer service or she would have rescheduled me ASAP or at least had the courtesy to call and deal with me direct to handle the problem . She obviously is oblivious to what good customer service is. Or rather , just doesnt care . I spent 1200$ before tipping.m, and this woman cant get me back in for an appointment? If you want customer service you will not get it with ********************** .
