Oct. 13, 2020 I received a 50% coupon from King Size Men, I have always bought clothes for my son thru King Size Men. For 5 yrs. for Christmas I bouth over 300.00 worth of clothes for him. I had a 50% coupon off from King Size Men. I ask King Size Men over the phone when I ordered this is a Christmas Gifts would there be a problem if they don't fit. The guy on line with King Size Men said no mam you have 90 days to return policy at Christmas. I took him at his word, everything fit except 2 pr. of pants $17.11. As soon as Christmas was over I sent the 2 pr. pants back and I ordered 2 pr. pants that was the right size. The pants that didn't fit was returned and also the pants that fit came in at the same time. I called them and ask them why did they send these pants back. He said I didn't return them within the 60 days. I told him what was told to me about Christmas I had 90 days. All they had to do was exchange the 2 pr. of pants for the correct size. I told him those pants was 2 big I have no need for them. I have the 2 pr pants still wrapped like thy sent them back to me. I talked to King Size Men Supervisor very rude and Comenity Bank they said they should exchange them out. King Size Supervisor said No. I have been paying for these pants. I am a widow on Social Security. I don't have that kind of money to throw away.
