              I contacted ******* recently regarding my payment that was coming due, I stated to the agent that I could not make my payment by the due date. She said that they could waive the late fee, while I make the payment, but I was not told that my account would be closed. I called sephora on 11/10/24 about an issue on the app and I was informed that my account was closed. I never requested my account to be closed, now I have this on my credit as if I had this account closed. I was planning to make my payment so that I could continue using my Sephora card, now that is not possible. I called Sephora several times to be transferred in circles with no help, I also was hung up on twice. **************** has not explained to me why my account was closed or can I even talk to someone who will not drop the call. This is unacceptable and I am not happy with Sephora Comenity card services.

              Speaking to the Comenity ************************************* is like talking to a machine. No empathy or attempt to resolve a customer concern. Our on-time payment was ************************ to the wrong account, resulting in a late fee. We called to request the fee be removed since we made the payment by phone as soon as we discovered the error. They offered a token fee adjustment of $15 but refused to address the majority of the charge. We have additional accounts with Comenity through other merchants but now plan to close them all and let the merchants know that Comenity is the reason - and why those merchants are losing our business.
