    I don't want to give any stars, but I must to leave a review. Since this was ***** *** ** ****, I have purchased a furnace, gas water heater and an A/C unit. I was pleased with the service, so I continued to be a loyal customer. My A/c was not working so I called for service. The 1st tech they sent tried to upsell me with over $4000 worth of work that would not have fixed my problem. 2 surge protectors, a duct and blower cleaning, refrigerant x 2, a $700 air filter and their outrageous service agreement for $1250. I declined the charges as this was just maintenance. He felt my air vent and said it was blowing cool. It was not! He left and did nothing to keep me cool. None of the services he suggested would have gotten my air running. I called to complain as I am still with no AC and was told they would send a Product Manager for a 2nd opinion. 2nd Tech arrives and says I need a new evaporator coil as it is leaking. The part is covered under warranty, but the labor will be $1500. I searched online and found Forbes.com says this should be a 2–4-hour job with labor at $100 - $150/ hour and the labor varies as to how difficult it is to access this part. $1500 for labor! Were they going to be here for 10 hours? This tech at least put some refrigerant to keep me comfortable until the part came in but at this point, I no longer trust the company at all and refused the repair. The first tech did nothing but charge me a service call for trying to upsell me things that would not have fixed the problem. 2nd tech comes out and they charged me another service call. 2 weeks later my air is still working. Maybe just needed some coolant? Remains to be seen but I will never use this company again. I left voicemails, text messages and sent them an email that they provided me to voice my concerns. I explained the above and much more and I have not heard a peep from them. I am filing with the BBB. If they don't remove one of the service calls, Hello 6 on your side.
