      This occurred on 4/28/23. I booked a room for myself, husband, and son to stay 1 night. The guests in the room next to us were being loud. I informed the desk via text. The loudness continued even after informing them. Following that I unpacked and was planning on getting some work done. When I went to the desk it was covered in ants. The ants were eating my small pizza. At this point my family and I had only been here a couple hours. When I called and asked for a new room the attendant said the ants were MY fault for having food in the room. My family has to eat. She said she could not give me a new room, that the hotel was full. When my husband went online their website showed that there were rooms available including the exact kind of room were in. It cost me $164.49 to stay in this room. The only place available for me to work was covered in bugs so I couldn’t even get any work done. They offered to come spray insecticide but I don’t want my child and family breathing insecticide chemicals and fumes all night. The woman was extremely rude about it and said it wasn’t her fault there were bugs in here. I expected someone to make this situation right. Instead my family and I are stuck in this room with bugs, yelling neighbors, and I am completely out money for a whole nights work. I have videos and photos that will not upload.       This incident happened in 2023. Sorry for the error in typing. I have proof of my transaction with this business which I will attract that shows date. Thank you

      I had booked 4 rooms with the property. Two of my guests arrived. Upon arrival (early). They were told it was a $70 early check in. Which I understand. But then they were told there was no continental breakfast, the pool was not working and it was going to cost $40 additional a night for one of my guests to have his wife and daughter stay with him. The additional fees were not listed on the Hotels.com website. They list having a pool available and a breakfast. The amenities were not available. We canceled the rooms and went across the street and paid more money for the amenities we expected. Yet, we were still charged the cancelation fee. They misrepresented themselves. I included amenities listed on their website, on hotels.com website as well as what we were charged per room for cancelation (hotel policy), there were 4 rooms at $137 for each room. The room per their website says 4 people...yet they charged for the additional 2. The irony, is I stayed in a ******** hotel two weekends ago and never was charged for a guest that wasn't on the room. I'm a business teacher and find this predatory...what do you do if you don't have a backup plan? You are simply stuck paying for all of their additional fees. We left because we could find another room, but we shouldn't pay for their predatory fees.
