On 7/28/2022, I placed an order with spinlife for a Prode go go endurance *** which i finally received in November of 2022.
Initaly, the product did not work. after many calls, they sent out a repair technician, and he could not get it to work, either. they sent me a replacement battery which did resolve the issue.
I am a disabled senior citizen, and use the mobility scooter to get around my neighborhood.
I noticed on October 9th, 2024, that the scooter was not operating properly, si I called spinlife customer support and spoke with *****. He told me that the product was still within the two year warranty and they would send me a replacement speed control and throttle at no charge.
Today, 10/30/24 at noon. my time , I received a call from a gentleman named *******. from spinlife , who said that I wou;d have to pay akmost $180.00 for the parts!
