            I am having a hard time finding people that claim they know how to do something then clearly do not. Here are two different shops saying two totally different things and I’m ****d of the run around time effort and money and still I’m at square one. **** the service advisor don’t sound too confident saying to me after I asked him if they had a seasoned person to do the alignment that he couldn’t promise me anything. I want my money back to try to find a reputable place not a dealership and I won’t be returning to a dealership again either . The car is pulling left upon getting my car back and the steering wheel is vibrating . One paper from Hugh White Honda the other from ******** ****.

            This location has the absolute worst customer service. I bought a car from them on 8/6/24. I called not even three weeks later because it had large amounts of smoke coming from the exhaust. They couldnt schedule me for maintenance for another week. I brought the car in they didnt have the rental I was supposed to get so I had to drive the one they gave me to another location to get the right one. They had to send my car out to **. The ********** team had to call over and over to get any information and when they got the information it was for the wrong person. They have been an absolute nightmare to work with. ** let them know the tires on the car they sold me were 1/32 tread depth and they said it was not an issue it just meant they would need changed soon. They also told me that ** job was to sell me things. I requested a call back from the general manager and never got one. I spoke to the used sales manager and he was dismissive and rude. I just received my car back after having to use a rental for more than 65 days. I will never buy a car from them again. The ** team also said it was one of the worst experiences they have had with a car dealership.

            Hello ******,First, I apologize for the length of time it took ** to get your vehicle back to you. In some situations we have to turn to a dealer of the manufacturer to get a repair done properly. They may have run into a part backorder or something along those lines. Second, I never got a request to call you so again I apologize about the miscommunication on that end. I did review the sale paperwork and there was never any promise of tires in the deal and the recommendation came after the sale which I know we are not responsible for. However, we do care about our clients and their satisfaction. With that said I would be more than happy to schedule a time in service to measure the depth of the tire tread and if they fall under 3/32 we will provide a set of tires as a faith of goodwill to you. I will keep this offer valid until December 10th, 2024, after which such time the offer will expire. I hope this will help out and change your opinion of us and future business with us.Thank you
