This dealership is not knowledgeable on a product that is offered by Ally, even though they work with Ally. I was told a couple times they would get back to me about putting a car in my business name only. Instead of doing that and trying to help me, ************************* decided to question rather or not I would make the payments on the vehicle if it was solely in my business name. To me that's very unprofessional, and I wonder if he'd ask that question to someone of another race. I told him I'm in a business group where people finance solely in their business name all the time and even told him the information was on Ally's website, that was 1/19/2022. I will never buy a car from this location due to this situation. In a very aggressive and argumentative manner he started the conversation with " ****************** I heard you left me a bad review saying I wouldn't help you because you are black, you do realize I'm black right". I replied and said I did not say that and also told him to lower his tone and don't call my phone talking to me like that. He proceeded to cut me off and over talk me and I hung up on him!How unprofessional is it for Mercedes Benz to have the sales person I have an issue with to call me and call themselves checking me!

Usually, when our guests have so much information about a single financial institution, they come in with a pre-approved letter of credit, which you did not have.All our consultants ask questions regardless of gender, race, etc. That's their job to understand your needs and wants and to be helpful as they can.
