    During March - April 2023 I requested that my subscription to Les Brown Prodigy program be cancelled because I'd not had an opportunity to use the services although I was paying monthly. I requested this via email because I was unable to access the account that I'd originally set up so I could cancel the subscription myself. Eventually someone responded via email and proceeded to drag on the subscription by not cancelling and asking me how they could help me vs. following through on my initial request which was to cancel the subscription. Roughly a month later they finally replied back with the reply they had cancelled my subscription although they continued to charge me. So, I reached out again and was advised I wouldn't be charged anymore. In spite of what I have in writing from the company, that I would not be charged again I've been charged each month at $19.95 since May. Each time I send an email now, I receive no response. I've tried to call the phone number available on the website and it acts as if controlled by a robo-caller and it the call never rings through. I will now have to cancel the credit card this subscription is charged to in order to stop monthly payments AND this month I will have to file another charge dispute just like I had to last month. This is very disappointing and from my experience I'm led to believe Les Brown services are fraudulent. I hope no one else has to experience this inconvenience as I have to get this company to stop charging me $19.95 for services I'm not receiving. They locked out me out of the account back before I requested the cancellation of the subscription. This is no way to manage a business or to support customers that 'once upon a time' wanted access to services. I hope this company is held accountable and is expected to correct their ways or close. America doesn't need anymore fraudulent business practices or scamming business men.
