Car was purchase at the end of october. car has a list of issues (not including the brakes) that was not disclosed on time of purchase. salesman and manager lied about "losing money" even though i bought a base model with 130,000 miles while another premium model of the same car was the same price with better equipment/less miles. the car is a lemon and is consuming close to 5 qts of oil a month since purchase. this is an ongoing problem with the 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.4lBusiness response

On Saturday Jan. 8th I called and spoke with *** ******* and listened to the concerns he was having with his 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. After understanding the concerns, I have offered to purchase the vehicle back. *** ******* will be able to accept a check for the vehicle or use it as a trade-in on a different vehicle. I intend to have this matter resolved quickly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution might be satisfactory to me. We will see the outcome tomorrow (01/11/2022)
