RE: Inside Out Publications, Vendor License #** ******
Dear Tenacious Defenders of the Benighted,
As one who still finds the business world of the world of businesses crucial to continuously moniter, reading Bloomberg Businessweek is imparative.
As my subscription of eight years to Bloomberg Businessweek was closing in on renewal, I sent a check for $41.99 to renew this subscription through a great deal through Inside Out Publications on October 6, 2022, to their offices at ******* ***** ******* ** **********, as they have always been responsive.
Due to a perceived error, I sent another check for the same amount of $41.99 to Inside Out Publications on October 26, 2022. That's okay, they have always been prompt and trustworthy, right?
With that loyalty (I am still proud to be an Eagle Scout), I thought it was time to add my son a gift subscription as he just finished a degree in Elect- rical Engineering. Therefore, another $41.99 was sent to Inside Out Publica- tions on December 15, 2022 - a great Christmas stocking stuffer, right?
The first two checks cleared November 30, 2022, the last on January 31, 2023. All together, I spent $125.97 plus postage.
With concern, I wrote Inside Out on January 23, 2023, March 6 & March 23, 2023; still hoping all of the ignoring was mistaken. This is based on me referring to another man in custody (Inside Out's main client) who voiced about checks he sent to Inside Out but never received subscriptions to a year previous. As this a firm I held high in respect, I wonder aloud as what has happened to such a good business model. Now, I just pity that I must have had spent $125.97 first; and even more soon through Dayton's Municipal Court in a motion now beyond mediation.
Men (and women) in custody are of the lowest class and up until the last six months did Inside Out Publications look past that by providing quality magazine subscriptions for years. No more.
Please provide this factual letter amongst your substantiation that Inside Out Publications no longer provides respectable business practices to it's core clientele as I urge those who plan to continue business with Inside Out to heavily consider such a decision.
Thank you for standing aside those of us who depend on the BBB for protection.
Sincerely,
