The $367.00 was for the part and labor to fix the furnace. the furnace is 60 plus years old and parts are available but we do not stock our trucks with them as they are very rarely in demand. When you stopped in the office to set up a service call for this style furnace, you mentioned that a young technician from another company came out and did not work on it because he had never seen a furnace like that before. We sent an experienced technician out for your repair. He quoted you the price prior to going and getting the part and making the repair and you accepted. Days after the repair you then complained about the cost because you found the cost of the part was $176.00. The $81.00 pick up fee is more than just gas. It is the technicians wage, gas, truck maintenance, etc. We are sorry you feel the way you do.
