I have been paying my bill for two years without any issues. The bill was due at the first of the month and I wasn't able to pay it then so I would pay at the end of the month and pay an extra $20 late fee every month. I assumed that was my responsibility for making the late payment. After more than two years of payments suddenly I started getting texts, emails and threatening phone calls that they were going repossess the shed if I didn't make the payment on the first of the month. After being harassed by one of their representatives who had called me I explained the first of the month issue to her and she said she would forego that months payment so I could pay the next month's payment on the first. I had already tried to explain to her that it was impossible for me to make a payment on the first of the month but she insisted I forego that payment so I just said ok. Well the following month I still wasn't able to pay on the first and again I get the phone calls etc. But I made the late payment and my extra $20 as usual. So I have become disabled and I didn't get my temporary disability check for 2 weeks of October so I was a month behind on my payment. So I called and they said I had to make 2 months worth of payments to bring my account current. I asked if the October payment could be moved to the end of the payment agreement and was informed I was only allowed to skip one payment a year and had already used it earlier in the year. Even though I explained it was their employee who had basically forced me to forego a payment they said I had already used my one chance this year and that was that so I told them to come get the shed. I feel like this is a scam to make a rent to own agreement and then pressure you until you give it back to them after making payments for a couple years and then they sell it again and make even more money from it. Terrible company to do business with. Buyer beware!
