Absolutely a disappointing relationship. They were "hired" to provide "care coordinators" for my insurance plan. Required that I create an online account providing my cell phone number. No way to remove my cell phone number, no way to sign up if I don't have a cell phone. Can't explain why they need my cell phone, why they are acting as a middleman between my health insurance and me. What, exactly, benefit do they provide to me? Why do we have yet another company having access to my and my family's medical information?When I contacted them via telephone, their response was to transfer me to my corporate **************** where I was on hold for an extended period of time while my benefits contact tried to find a way around my concerns. My company (with me on the phone) contacted Quantum and got the run around as well.TLDR - Quantum requires you to sign up online and provide a cell phone number, no guarantees they won't sell your phone number, no promise to not call you multiple times a day.Review from Ms. C

Horrible app, and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Long hold times, disconnected and no call back. Employees that dont know what they are talking about. I am considering changing my insurance just to get away from them.Review from James W

Quantum Health is a HUGE SCAM. They serve no purpose other than to facilitate your health insurance company deny claims, obstruct justice, and waste more of your time. HUGE THUMBS DOWN.Review from Supriya S

This is the worst company ever! They are incompetent and unhelpful. Despite using "in-network" providers, you get charged for "out-network" costs; nothing ever gets added to your deductible. Even after receiving authorization from family members, they refuse to share bills with the primary member. Too much mismanagement, stay away!Review from Jayme R

This company was in charhe of managing my employer benefits. At the end of my career with my company I reached out for guidance to see when my benefits would end. I was confidently advised that my coverage lasted until the end of the month. I proceeded to use the insurance since I was told I would still be covered only to be billed directly as insurance denied every claim. Quantum refuses to accept accountability for this wrong information and has set me thousands of dollars into debt.Review from Kimberly C

Worst insurance ever. They are withholding medication until after due date. Talked to 5 different people, including supervisor, *****, and got 5 different answers. They take your money, your employers money, collect your copay too and withhold your medication. These meds are not controlled at all. The supervisor said they would even do it with blood thinners and important medication also. They make up rules as you go along saying I have to pay for picking up my meds a day or too early sometimes. Do your freaking jobs before you go out of business because I'm going to tell everyone I can about what you are doing. Hopefully my employer drops them. Contacted Quantum Health for authorization for a PET Scan ,talked to ****** who said she would look into it for me, a few hours later she called back which I was unable to answer the phone and left a message letting me know it was authorized. I submitted a claim then 2 months passed and nobody had the decency to contact me to inform the status of my claim was not approved. So I contacted them for an update, and they came up with a bunch of excuses for not approving my claim when I specifically asked them what paperwork I needed to submit with my claim, which I did, so I just gave up, I would not recommend this company to anyoneReview from Pietro L

This company is either criminally negligent or completely incompetent. My wife's employer hired them to manage their self-financed health insurance a few years ago and, since then, we had nothing but problems getting the correct refunds. We are using 2 out of network providers that have been approved for "as in network" reimbursements (that is: 100% except the copays) and there has not been a time in which they processed the claims correctly; always refunding us much less than the correct amount. This has wreaked havoc in our finances forcing us to use savings to pay the bills and have to wait months to have the matter resolved (if it gets resolved). This company uses multiple levels of lower management to process the claims, thus multiplying the chances for errors. They are completely incompetent or willfully negligent. In any case, they should NOT be in this business as they are ruining people's lives. LOBBY YOUR EMPLOYER TO DUMP THEM!!! Avoid at all cost!!!Review from Ian B

This company is worthless. I contacted Quantum to find covered health service providers for thyroid management. They recommended *******, who they have a partnership with. I paid the $50 to meet with a physician on ******* who stated they don't offer services for thyroid management. I requested Quantum to reimburse the $50 for the service they recommended me to and they denied it. When I called in to Quantum to dispute this, they wouldn't give any answer other than "the file notes say we can't reimburse it." Looking at other reviews on here, this company has no interest in providing quality customer service.
