I ordered a phone case on July 13th. After the three business days they ask for on their website to process the purchase, I sent an email asking for tracking information - I actually waited until July 21st. I got a response on July 24th saying I would have the case, or maybe an update, by Friday July 29th. Friday came and no update or case. I sent an email on the 29th and another on the 30th with no answer. This is a scam and I want my money back - not a partial refund as their website says - this is a break in contact on their end, not mine. I paid for a product and they did not deliver in the agreed amount of time nor did they communicate any changes.Business response

I will look into this issue for you, it could take 2 weeks to get a order but normally it shouldnt, I will track it down and see where it is.

****** *** ***** ****** ********* ******** ***** *********** ****** The box I received is different than the one I bought. There is a circle on the screen protector that is permanent, I would not have bought it had I known that. Also, the site shows that the camera lens protectors were separate and the ones I received were all one piece. That is not what I ordered. I did not want that. The said they would not refund my money only exchange. They do not have another screen protector than what I ordered. I feel like I was cheated. I paid 33.25 for something that wasn't what I ordered. This cant be real this has to be someone trying to make up things to harm our business? I sent the items myself. We only have 2 screen protectors clear and privacy? I explained our policy, we do not have refunds, we are a strgguling business due to covid-19 and the increased inflation. The item that the customer got was correct.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Here is the contents of the box. As you can see it is NOT the same as your website.The box is different, The camera lenses are one piece. There is a CIRCLE that is in the permanently
on the protector. Who would want that?? I would NOT have ordered it if I had know the two things I mentioned above!!
I love how you blame someone is always a competitor!! Here is your proof!!

Look at the picture that they sent you can clearly see holes on the screen protector? Look at itthis is why I thought that this was not real. Look at the pictures look closely at the picture that they sent it has holes. All screen protectors with fingerprint have holes otherwise they will not work. Please do us a favor and look at the picture you can see the holes in the picture on the screen protectors.Initial Complaint

This is regarding my order number #**** This is the first time I have purchased a phone case from this site and after I purchase they gave me an incorrect tracking number I tried to contact them and ask them information about my delivery I had made a mistake on the order color all in all I accepted the fact that the case was going to be black instead of green but it took forever for me to get a response from them even though their site claims that it is best to email them for quick response I place my order on May 5th and they did not respond to me until May 12th and all the message said in regard to me complaining about the incorrect tracking was "let me see what I can do" that is it nothinh else and no response after so that exact day my phone case arrived it wasn't the black one that my order listed nor was it the exact size for my phone it happened to be a case for a ******* **** ** but the thing is in my phone is a ******* **** ** ***** which is bigger the item cost $40 and they have a really weird return policy they basically almost don't accept anything back I opened the package saw that it said it was for the note 20 and then just left it in the Box because it's the wrong size for mine their site states Two of the very limited reasons that they will accept a return or exchange and they only accept returns for store credit if it happens to be the wrong color or the wrong size my issue has both of those reasons the case ended up being blue so I messaged them back and asked if they could accommodate replacing for the exact phone case I wanted the right size and a color I choose it's been 4 days but going beyond that as long as it took them to respond to me last time I doubt they're even going to respond to me any longer and it kind of pisses me off to a paid $40 for a phone case that I don't even need can't use or want all I would like is for them to actually send me a phone case that fits my phone with a color I chooseInitial Complaint

I ordered two cases fromg Gorilla cases and received a package fr Amazon staying it was "a gift". These cases are not gorilla brand cases and are generic cases for less than half the price. I specifically was avoiding ****** for my purchase. They are scamming people. Nothing on their website states they are ordered from a third party and they don't make their own cases* ****** is not a "vendor" as you previously stated in another complaint....they are a seller, if I wanted ****** I would have went there myself, I did not/do not want a generic item from ******.Business response

This is not correct, Gorilla Cases is a website name, we sell on *****n and use ******* warehouses to hold our products until shipment. The customer got the correct items.Customer response

Then I deserve a refund in diffence in price bare minimum. Either way the business practices are unethical. You claim to use ****** as a holding, which is different than your last BBB complaint response that another person filed. You charged me double, the ****** item is listed on the "this is your gift" tag which was enclosed in the packaging and not anywhere mentions your business name on *****n. Either way I do not want to do business with this company. I only received one case, when I ordered two. You need to create a ticket if you want to receive the one case back that I have and refund me.

My husband purchase an iphone 13 mini gorilla case from gorillacasestore.com for the cost of $45 ****** *****). He received a case from amazon indicating it is a gift from gorilla case. Brand was a generic brand not gorilla case. The item from amazon cost $20. So this company basically made $25 through false advertising. Tried to access the site today and its no longer accessible. This is a scam...don't buy from this site!Business response

On September 26th, 2021, I ordered two phone cases from Gorillacases.com. My order number is ***** my total purchase was $90. According to their website my order has been in pre shipment since October 6th. October 15th I sent an email to the company asking for information on my order. No response. On November 8th I emailed again with no response. On November 18th I emailed again. I did receive a response on November 19th telling me to check their website for tracking information. Which I have done and it says pre shipment since October 6th. November 29th I emailed again with no response. They responded November 30th once again telling me to check their website. Nothing new has changed with the tracking. December 7th I emailed asking for them to cancel my order and give me a refund. Once again, no response. December 10th I emailed again. No response. On December 7th, I sent them a message on their chat service on their website, twice. No response. I tried the chat again on December 10th. I have not gotten a response. I’d like a refund from this company.
