            Air Duct Cleaners LTD advertising in Town and Money Saver, ** ******* ** for cleaning $49.00, claims this is for 1 return and 1 main, 10 units; house is 1200 sq ft; poor advertising, bait and switch; deal that they offer is not per standards for square footage of homes; Truth in Advertising; most 1200 q ft houses have 2 mains so you have to pay the extra cost which is $80 for one extra main filing for false advertising, bait & switch processes - more than doubled ($80) for the additional main cost - wants this researched to file a complaint they are false advertising and bait and switch, does not expire until end of April airductclenears.com

            This company sent someone out who did not cover any of the vents and started blowing out the air ducts and dust blew over the entire house! There was dirt and hair all over every floor and all the walls and appliances, even on the top of the refrigerator! We just had the home painted and was getting ready for an open house for renting the home out. They refused to clean the home but told us they would pay to clean the home. The guy left with the furnace still apart and the owner came the next day. I called 2 weeks later after not hearing back or getting a response from the manager via text message and she said the owner decided not to pay for the cleaning like she said they would. We had to wash every wall in the home, all the floors and woodwork and appliances and countertops. We paid a premium price to get someone in on a Saturday so we could not be out of commission too long to rent out the home. Please stay away from this company!
