I am sorry to hear about your bad experience with the gym. However, in this review you have failed to mention the substantial legal and work related documentation we received from the other parties involved reporting you of harassment of those parties as well as failing to mention your lack of documentation provided to our business.
Our owner does empathize with your situation truly as she was also cheated on by her ex-husband and it is truly an awful feeling but the unfavorable actions of one towards another does not allow for the one wronged to meet that with more unfavorable actions. An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind and that is not something as a business we will ever condone.
The gym does have a strict code of conduct. However, this code of conduct (without legal documentation and evidence) cannot be enforced outside of the facilities walls.
It is truly unfortunate that you did not receive our original message regarding your membership revocation and equally as unfortunate that our system is slow to process automated payment cancellations. It is part of the reason we are switching systems in the future.
We also informed you we would not share member or non-member information as you are not a member any more. This is not something that will be changed nor discussed on here either. We do this for all members and non-members to protect their privacy as a courtesy because their business is their own and we should not be pulled into private matters that do not involve the gym.
Regardless, due to your continued harassment of the owner, the decision stands that you are no longer a member of the gym and your membership fee has been refunded. This decision will not be up for discussion and is final.
We would like to inform you that you should be careful not to continue to harass the gym, its owner, its staff, and its members. Your behavior in all of this has been the literal definition of harassment of the owner and the business. You had to be blocked on all social medias of the gym and its owner's personal accounts because you engaged in harassment of all avenues as well as engaging in libel, slander, and defamation of the business and the owner herself. We have saved all documentation of such and if this continues we will be forced to send a cease and desist and consider taking legal action.
Again, we are sorry for your situation, but this decision is final. We wish you the best in your continued fitness journey at another facility.
