Dan West and team are awesome! My daughter got a flat tire on the turnpike and was waiting far too long for our insurance company to get someone to the site. While I raced out there an hour away they noticed she needed help and stopped. They changed her tire and waited with her directing traffic away until I arrived. These guys were professional and super nice to my daughter who was terrified. It was her first flat tire and without those guys would have been a nightmare. 4 hours later the insurance company finally responded with a company to do the service/tow. We won’t be using them any longer BUT I highly recommend these guys. Thanks Dan and team. Next time I’m passing through lunch is on me.

This company made a terrible experience even worse. My teenager crashed his vehicle and the police department called this service to come and get the vehicle. This was a Saturday evening. My son was on his way to prom. Gratefully, no one was seriously hurt but this was a very scary situation for us. On Monday, I called this company to find out what to do with the vehicle that was not drivable. They offered to pay me a scrap price for it which did not even cover the $370 I owed them for them to tow it 1 mile and store it from Saturday night to Monday morning. I then called around to other car part places and got an offer that was 5 times their offer. I called them back to let them know someone else would be coming to pick up my vehicle that very day. Then, they raised my price by $75 just for allowing another company to pick it up. Then, when we got there, they said "cash only" even though their website clearly said "cash, check or cards" accepted. We live 35 miles away and had to find a bank. By the time we left, our total was over $450.00. They clearly price-gouged us for not letting them keep the vehicle. Unprofessional, Unfair business practices. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
