Contracted to have a property washed 9/3/2024. Waited for them show up from 8-9:40 in front of the property. Called several times, only got voicemail. Finally called a different number and was told someone would call us back. Finally someone called and told us this long story about being late because of kids etc. Told he would be here within the hour. We canceled! Someone should have contacted us.

15 years in business and over 10,000 happy customers and you are the first person to leave us a bad review even after we explained the situation. while I will say you have a point that we weren't there between 8-9 am (on our way stuck in traffic) which is when your appointment was scheduled, you started calling us at 8:30 non stop as if we were already late. Our employee was stuck in traffic at 9:17 am when you spoke to us by phone when you cancelled. we would have been there approximately 25 minutes late. I will add that you were mad because you "needed to be there" because the water spigot was inside the house. It SPECIFICALLY states in our contract that you agreed to, "Customer shall ensure water is accessible via EXTERNAL WATER SPIGOT. Had we been told the water source was inside the home we NEVER WOULD HAVE scheduled your job in the first place as our insurance does NOT cover us hooking to internal water sources in garages or homes. Contract states that we must be Notified of this "PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF THIS CONTRACT". So let me be very clear. You never notified us of this, and had you done your due diligence to actually read the contract, we never would have scheduled you in the first place. But here we are. even after explaining to you that we were minutes away, you still cancelled. Lastly, the way you treated my wife on the phone was DISGUSTING as I was next to her in the office when you were on your rant about how terrible our business was over us being late from being stuck in traffic. Life happens. I'm assuming you've never been late to anything in your life because of traffic. I wish we were all so perfect. In 15 years of business, having thousands of returning customers and nearing 1,000 5 star reviews, we've never dealt with someone so nasty. Any potential customers that read this, just know, this review does NOT reflect the work we provide as we never washed for her nor should she have been scheduled in the first place had she notified us of an internal water spigot.
