Called Sandman Sales to get a mulch delivery and had a horrible experience with their driver, manager and owner. I simply questioned the quantity of what I was getting, the driver got huffy and told me to call, I called and the manager (*****) completely demeaned me and talked down to me and talked over me and wouldn’t let me get a word in. He ended up hanging up on me after telling me to “keep” the product and don’t use them in the future… The driver sped out of our driveway at that exact moment, not collecting payment. He also cracked our driveway with his truck in the process. Then I get a phone call from the owner (*****) demanding payment, so I explained to him what happened and his manager told us to keep it. We told him he can come pick the mulch up, he was also demeaning toward me and said he was putting a Lien on our house. He said he was not gonna pick it up he was gonna get his payment and lien our house. We again told him to come pick it up and that he should talk to his manager. I feel like I got taken advantage of because I’m a woman and talked down to repeatedly for simply asking a question about what I ordered. The way the manager and owner conducted themselves was bad business and I have the interaction on our ring camera as well.
