Funderworks did a fundraiser for my daughter's school. I ordered a magazine for my child on 9/29/23. I still haven't received it and they keep giving me the runaround that it takes so many weeks. This is ridiculous. At this point I want my money back and an apology. I probably have over 20 emails with excuses from "****************" from customer service. On their website they say they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Please help!!!Business response

We regret that this customer is frustrated. The circumstances surrounding this issue were out of our control. We attempted multiple times to resolve this issue for the customer, to no avail. We have requested a refund for this customer. The customer has been notified of this and the timeframe for receiving the refund.
