              As a valet driver you're mostly out in the elements, but you are overworked due to the high turnover rate that this company has..816 employees hired since 1978.. 100 of those were just in the last 3 years! An office position tends to be more stressful than a valet one, as with valet you are out on the road more. There are too many chiefs, and not enough indians here in this micro managed outfit. Unfair practices when it comes to pay, as you're not paid by the credentials that you hold, just experience.. meaning if you hold a CDL it holds no value to someone that has a driver's license.. make that make sense?! You can bend over backwards, or even do flips for this company... never miss a day, stay late, and come in early when asked and still have nothing to show for it at the end of the day! When being reprimanded for anything they do not follow their own written, and signed protocol.. instead they punish to the extreme!! Do yourselves a favor, and apply somewhere else! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!
