      Absolutely worthless. Do NOT waste your money on this extended warranty. Their contract is so finely crafted to just protect THEM! Makes it sound as if so much is covered, and when the time comes for the use of the policy, all of a sudden it's one of their 100 loopholes to not actually cover a THING! I will be asking for a refund and I already see they even fight their poor victims on that request. I'll seek legal action if I have to. A bunch of crooks.

      Company does not cover any of repairs that are covered. They refuse cancellation when warranty was never used. Total Scam of a company! They need to refund me the cost of this warranty or will seek legal action!

      Absolutely awful customer service! I paid extra for this warranty for the benefits it included and with the understanding that those benefits would be available to me when I need them. I have been stuck on the side of a busy highway, have called the roadside assistance lines several times and left messages, as it keeps you on hold for 15 minutes then goes to a voicemail box and hangs up on you. I'm stranded and can't even get ahold of anyone to help, why am I paying for something I can't use? An hour and a half on hold and trying to get help is unacceptable!!

      The Worst Warranty You Can Have. Pretty much I bought a Lemon and The car's Transmission went. Coverage is only $2500, But the dealership as asking for $5500. I didnt even have the car 30days.

The information on file shows you may move the vehicle to another repair facility, and we assisted in provide some information for possible facilities. We did confirm with you the transmission limit of liability noted in your contract terms is $2000. The complete Limits of Liability are outlined in your contract terms. if you are in need of a copy of your VSC please contact our customer service department and one can be sent to you. We will anticipate a call from a new facility when you have selected one and they call our claims department to initiate a claim with the vehicle on site.

      Save yourself time and money and do not get this warranty and if you’re given this warranty through a dealership prepare to pay everything out of pocket. Unfortunately I bought a lemon with this warranty for coverage and have been screwed every step I take. I’m pretty sure these people only intent is to send people to mechanics to pay fees on fees for them to deny every claim or only being willing to cover such a small amount of the repair that it costs less to get your own parts and pay for labor out of pocket. They expect repair shops to get Is that are based off used car parts so they cover very little if anything at all. I have tried several times to get stuff covered with no luck at all. Do your research because there are decent aftermarket warranty companies, this one however is not it.
