On 7/19/23 under order #****** I ordered tile and accessories for a bathroom remodel. The sales rep ordered the incorrect size jolly edge trim 5/16" vs 1/2". When I returned the incorrect size items I was charged a 25% handling fee. When I told the sales rep it was her mistake she said she would pass the information on to the regional sales manager who would get back to me. I also wanted to return the grout that my contractor was not comfortable using. I was told they do not take grout back. This was not disclosed to me on the original invoice nor was I told this at the point of sale. I was charged 40.00 handling charge and refused return of the grout at a cost of 64.00. I have not heard back from the company since.
