A guy pulled a knife on me Tuesday 12.12.23 and i went to HR, which has a ZERO TOLERANCE in violence. I went in Wendsday and told them what had happened all for them to pretty much said I aggressive and agitated. Which I was a little but never was disrespectful. HR pretty much said they dont have the story so they dont know who to beleive. When I in fact has a witness there. Im sure the witness said what happened but they twisted it to make their own story. So I decided to call off the following day since all this is just a little much. I receive a call from my "boss" or whoever this guy is saying that quote above. He pretty much said to not come back but yet I quit.. So lets bring this wack a** company to a place where it belongs. Any help in this will help justify it a little but for now this company is winning and for no reason.Here are the screenshots of the conversation:***************************************************************************************Review from Dawn B

Recommend calling another calling another company. Overcharged and miss-quoted for services. Accounting services are very disorganized, and charged for services, service person and accounting originally said were included in quotes. Unnecessary and unauthorized extra charges. Finally just paid the extra charges after 2 months of calling and hassles from Quality Mechanical services. We will Never use there services again, and will warn anyone we can about there services and overcharges.Review from Kevin G

Had new water eater imstall. Team arrived on time, completed work, excellent performance! Also checked heat pump when requested. Kudos to David, Kenny, Jared, Mike. & Devin.Review from Joseph F

Poor install...very poor customer service for them to repair while under warranty. Four service technicians have been out to look at the unit all four say same thing it's wrong needs fixed will get it taken care of ..3 almost 4 month now mind you it's December now still have not installed the parts covered under warranty..
