  Started receiving letters from the *** about 6 months ago stating that we owed back taxes for 2020 and 2021 tax years. They said they were rejecting some of our deductions. We have been using this tax business for multiple years and they have filed our taxes for us every year. However, since I have had the problem with the *** they have not returned numerous phone calls asking for their help resolving this issue. After multiple attempts to contact them and several faxed documents, my wife drove to their office yesterday to talk to them in person since they will not answer the phone or call us back. When she got there all the shades were drawn down and no would answer the door, even though she could see them moving around through the blinds. After talking to an *** representative, wwe were told he does not have a high enough rating with them to represent us in a dispute, which was the first time we were ever aware of this. I am going to have to spend a lot of money to find a new tax firm and to receive help resolving our current issue. It would be helpful to be able to talk to this firm to ask questions about the taxes he previously filed for us.

  I submitted my stuff for my taxes back in february or march and taxes are due on april 18. On tax day, I had never heard anything and called them all day. Finally on my way to work at 5pm, someone answered and told me that my taxes were done. I havent gotten any tax return from state or federal. I cant look online and check for a refund because I dont know the amount and if my taxes actually got submitted. I have called up to them more than 20 times in the last six months and no one has ever returned my call. My brother in law is the **** ******* for the city of ******** and stopped in there and checked and someone said that they would call me and let me know. I have called twice a week since then and left a message and still have never heard anything. I called twice last week on monday and friday and left a message. There was an email address to write to if you needed immediate help and I left and email and still have not heard anything back. I am trying to refinance my home equity line and need my tax return documents to do so and I havent heard anything from them in 6 months.

  Submitted forms for tax preparation. Received a digital copy of completed taxes on 4/28/22 (extension was filed). Received a letter on 7/8/22 from the city stating return not received. Contacted Tarr Accounting: 7/11 - will look into it; 7/12 - email with no response; 7/15 - will look into it; 7/20 - will look into it; 7/22 - left voice mail message (no response); 7/26 - left voice mail message (no response). Contacted the city tax department: 7/11 - never received return; 7/22 - still have not received tax return; 7/26 - stated they have processed all returns received thru 7/20 - reviewed their files of not processed and ours was still not received.
