            Started receiving letters from the *** about 6 months ago stating that we owed back taxes for 2020 and 2021 tax years. They said they were rejecting some of our deductions. We have been using this tax business for multiple years and they have filed our taxes for us every year. However, since I have had the problem with the *** they have not returned numerous phone calls asking for their help resolving this issue. After multiple attempts to contact them and several faxed documents, my wife drove to their office yesterday to talk to them in person since they will not answer the phone or call us back. When she got there all the shades were drawn down and no would answer the door, even though she could see them moving around through the blinds. After talking to an *** representative, wwe were told he does not have a high enough rating with them to represent us in a dispute, which was the first time we were ever aware of this. I am going to have to spend a lot of money to find a new tax firm and to receive help resolving our current issue. It would be helpful to be able to talk to this firm to ask questions about the taxes he previously filed for us.

            This is the worst tax service I have ever used. I am still trying to get ahold of someone in the office to get all of my documents back so I can use a different service. I have been waiting since April to get my taxes completed and I can not get In Touch with anyone there. They are never open when they say they are. I just want my things back so I can get this completed. I will never refer these people to any one.
