            We started working with Anthony in October of 2022. We created a contract of renovations that totaled up to around $80,000 but failed to include a completion date so he’s abusing it. He verbally said and agreed to be finished by January 2023 and were entering march. The house still has a long way to go and he’s been paid in full even though the contract stated 50% in the beginning and 50% in the end. I have a 4 year old child and a one year old infant living in dangerous and unsafe environments. We’ve done airbnbs and hotels and can not afford to do them anymore. He doesn’t show up or answer any of our texts or phone calls. When we do get a hold of him, he keeps promising to be finished by the end of that week and then never shows up or reaches back out. We just want to be fully moved in and settled but the conditions are not okay. He took another job over almost two months out of spite and and undisclosed employee of his told me that. The house hasn’t changed except for little things here and there in over a month. His employees who he sends here and there just to make it look like they’re doing something scratched our brand new floors. We have counters coming to be installed in two days the cabinets aren’t leveled properly. His teams $13000 paint job was horrible. He’s given us a majorly hard time. He finished it 2/3 of the way and won’t come finish the rest. Has his dangerous tools and dust all over the house as well as wires hanging out and uncovered outlets. We’re 5 months in and very frustrated. There’s much more photos but I’ll insert a few.

            Horrible horrible horrible. Zero stars if I could. Do not work with this man. He is a scam artist. Creates contracts and leads you to believe he does amazing work and hasn’t had any complaints when in reality he’s horrible at his job and is currently being sued for burning a previous clients house down. He doesn’t take permits out so the city can’t cross check his work which we were not aware of until calling the building department. He begins to up-charge and try to revise contracts WITHOUT a completion date so he can be unethical and not finish anything in the contract while threatening to pack his things and leave out of spite when being asked to finish or fix things. Meanwhile, he begins taking new projects and abandoning your fully paid one. Constantly states that he’ll finish his job on a specific date then ghosts and never responds to calls or texts and gas lights you by sayingthat he was never called or texted. He’s a nasty, miserable man with a terrible attitude. A little gremlin. The things he will finish in your house are all majorly half-assed and when you call him out on it he blames you and starts cussing and becoming out of pocket. I have plenty of pictures and videos of things him and his team have RUINED in our home of brand new things while the rest remains uncompleted. Called the police claiming we stole his equipment that HE LEFT in our basement after deciding he didn’t want to complete the job. Going through the law at this point. Try to avoid him if you can. Anyone is better, even yourself, I’d rather you DIY your own house or have a child complete it over this mess of a man.
