Absolutely the worst customer service if you are a woman. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this place, especially if you are a woman. Upon purchasing a 2007 ****** Legacy, with cash, I was told its sold as is but, it automatically comes with a 3 month warranty should there be a problem bring it right to them. Fast forward one week and **** mikes and at a light the lights come on and the car is smoking. It had lost all oil.I call the dealership the next morning and he said yes have it brought up here and we will take care of it. $400 on a tow bill to get the car there on a Thursday, one week after purchase. I call for six days and everyday told its the next on the rack. No other explanation was given. Finally after two weeks of them having our car for 2 of the three weeks we owned it, I asked the little, short cocky man what was wrong. Its been two weeks. He told me to come get the car quite rude. I asked if the car was ready and he said come get it. I asked what they found he said nothing Im not dealing with you if it. I was not being rude in anyway. I explained what he told me about the car and we did as told to bring it to them. He said he had everyone out on Covid. I said I get that, thats all you needed to say instead of telling me its next. I asked again about the 3 month warranty and he told me to come and get it, he was going to troubleshoot the warranty for me but now he wont. I said do you not understand why that would be irritating and he proceeded to tell me maam I dont care you better come get the car because youve used three weeks of your 3 month warranty. My husband called and only said do I need to get the car. The guy said no worries ***** we dont want any customer service issues. Im guessing SEXISM. DO NOT BUY A PENCIL OFF this SEXIST place. The man has little man syndrome and does NOT work well with WOMEN at all. Save your money for an actual professional small dealership versus this grotesquely lack of professional junk pushers. The gentleman ***, mechanic was super nice, the little dude who owns or runs the place is a first class piece of crap!!!
