Save yourself the frustration and stress of using Flenner Water Well. He is absolutely awful. He will be nice as can be until need him to finish the job. His lack of communication is the worst!! We hired him to do our septic and well, and when it came time for him to start, he would never commit to a specific date. He will not answer his phone, or respond to text. You're lucky if he replies within 3 days. We paid him immediately after septic finally got done, then when it was time for well, we had to repeatedly call or text to reach him. Once well was done, we immediately paid him again, then our water sample came back bad. The health department has the same problem reaching him. They came out and sanitized the well, then health department came out and took another sample and this type it tested bad again. He was supposed to come out and do an extensive sanitation and told us he would. We waited a month with excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't come, then he finally just quit answering any text or calls. I practically begged him to please let us know, and nothing! We are having to hire another company to come out and finish what he wouldn't. I can't tell you enough to save yourself the tremendous amount of stress he will cause you.
