    Can’t trust them. #1 - installed new muffler on my car, but left the old rusty muffler pipe on, causing the brand new muffler to fall off. The reason told to me was they wanted to hurry up and save me money they said. They finally agreed to replace the muffler pipe. #2 - I had some more work done a week later. They added on the invoice that the serpentine belt needed replaced, but did not replace it, Causing my car to die. Serpentine belt was terribly worn, only half of the belt remaining. I asked them why didn’t change the belt, and they told me that they wanted to hurry up and get their loner car back, without concerns over my safety. Will never deal with them again. I would like them to reimburse me for the cost of the belt.

    *******, I am sorry that you feel this way about us. When your vehicle came in September 2, 2022, all that it needed at that time was a new muffler. The pipe that we welded it to seemed sturdy and we only like to replace the parts that are needed. When you came back in December 30, 2022 with 1,451 more miles on your 2007 Saturn Ion than when it came in for the muffler replacement in September, we took care of the repair at no charge to you. We even gave you a ride home while we completed the repairs. When you came in April 17, 2023, we did replace the rack and pinion, an O2 sensor, replaced the evap lines, and performed an alignment. We did note on the work order that you were going to be needing a serpentine belt in the near future, but we were trying to get your vehicle back to you as it had taken a few days to get parts. We do apologize for not replacing the belt while it was here, but we assumed you would be bringing it back in at a later date for those repairs. When you called to let us know the place you take the vehicle for services told you it needed a belt, I was not aware that the vehicle died on you. You didn't tell us that on the phone. We apologize for the miscommunication and for not just replacing the belt while it was here. There was a note on the work order as well as an estimate attached to your final invoice for the belt replacement. We do everything that we can to make sure our customers have a safe vehicle on the road.
