September 17-20th this company has bought out my old bank and completed a change over. I had a series of transactions that went through on my end and never made it to the receivers. Starting from September Through out the month of October. I’ve called and visited in person about these issues of paychecks not coming in bill payments not coming out. And I was told that it shouldn’t be happening. Only problem is that it was happening. Utilities have been shut off leading me to have to pay outstanding balances. I’ve called when the utilities were shut off and the branch acknowledged there was an issue with the change over her exact words were “yea everyone thought it was us but it wa* ************ Our debit cards are **********. In live scenario they were denying the issues but now months later they finally admitted there was a problem. I’ve paid for that problem in late fees. Missed payments that were payed but never went through. Now I’m the one paying extra to turn my utilities on to the point my car gets repossessed and now I may lose my job. My children should be experiencing these things with two hard working parents…… I no longer have access to my old account and was told by the representative that they can no longer see past September 20th which is when we became peoples bankBusiness response
