Purchased Miracle Grow organic container potting soil. All of my 7 large container pots everything died. Longtime gardener here this has never happened. Not only was I out all of the money for plants and container potting soil. I was left without flowers for the first time ever as I did not want to spend again to redo everything. Found out that your miracle grow container organic potting soil is trash. Will not ever purchase from you again.

I used the proper amount of miracle gro powder - 1 tablespoon to a gallon of water - to feed my creeping phlox. I have 21 phlox plants that I spent a lot of money on and worked very hard to keep them looking beautiful. Miracle gro KILLED all 21 plants. Bought an item with a 100% money back guarantee. Product didn’t work. Sent in receipt with the info and picture of produce Was told refund was issued but after 10!days saying they don’t know why i didnt get it. Still no resolutionThe Scotts Miracle-Gro Company Response

Winter, Florida, 2023 purchased All Purpose Garden Soil to repot tomato plants while on vacation 3 weeks later my daughter tells me that the plants are covered with gnats! She tried 3 different sprays, vinegar, everything. Now she is trying Neem Oil. I know that the gnats were in that soil - the top of the soil ehen it was opened was all white, like a fungus.Review from Kevin U

While applying Scotts Thick'r Lawn 3-In-1 product, I noticed it did not contain any grass seeds. No surprise that the product did not provide the results as advertised. I suggest Scotts change the name of this product to 2-In-1 as it maybe only provides fertilizer and soil improver.Not only will I avoid buying this product in the future, I will not purchase any Scotts product ever again.Review from Ella C

In the spring of 2022 I purchased about 100 bags of miracle grow garden soil. I purchased it to add a top layer to my garden. Later on I noticed that some of my plants were looking bad or dying. After pulling up Plants I noticed that there were a lot of little white worms Around the roots. They seemed to be eating on the roots. I had never seen these worms before, but my husband after opening a bag saw all these little white worms in the bag. Now I have these worms in my garden and I dont know how to get rid of them. I have other bags That are unopened, And now Im afraid to use them. Does anyone know how to get rid of these worms and what to use. I will be calling the company soon.Review from Di D

We bought a weed killer which guarantees not harming the ******* sod. The whole area became brown after applying it for two days, including our Bermuda sod. This is definitely a false advertisement. The product is a total lie.Review from Anne C

This company needs an overhaul on how they deal with customers I bought infested mulch that was bad and infested with fungus knats ...my ENTIRE YARD is dying and after speaking with the supervisor who promised me they wouldn't leave me hanging and would resolve the issue her name was ******** she was nice at the time and she sent my case over to third claims insurance adjuster or something like that..she gave me hope that they would definitely fix the issue and reassured me after sending the claim a lady named ****** called me and basically said my yard needed watering and they would only replace the mulch.like I've been gardening for 24years what a slap in the face I have so many ouctures of the damage and videos and that's the answer I get thousand of dollars of plants and that's what I get I'm absolutely disgusted in this company do not but their mukch cause you will regret it and they do not care!!! Soooooo wrong on soooo many levels!!Review from Jack W

I had bought their EZ Seed from ****** and had some issue due to cold weather in ******* area this April. I then contacted them and got their CS support right away with tips provided... I really appreciate their outstanding support with extra efforts. Highly recommend!
