Do not rent from this company! They lie the house was so dirty and smelled it’s ashamed of how this company have done and continue to do people the work hard to come on vacation.I can not leave a zero because that is what they deserve.I want to get the information out there about this company.Solterra Resort should do something about the management company or owner the BBB should step in. The company keeps getting a at with it. I want to find out is this a criminal matter or civil I am not going to do what I had planned on my vacation, but invest my time to get justice for m friends and family that came from all over the country and spent there money. I fill embarrassed disappointed.

Me and my family of 8: 5 adults 3 kids 7.4.2 stayed at head for Orlando soltera resort **** *** ******* court for 7 days our first problem no internet for 2 whole days no tv kids had no way to entertain them be sides our phones, the house had mouse infestation they came out put poison bait in house this in first 4 days than the ac system failed on first floor the walls were dirty and all scratched up the house was decorated with white furniture was stained and dirty. A very overall a bad stay called ahead for Orlando to see if they could help they gave us the run around over and over don't stay here if you dont want issues, look up all complaints.

I took my family on vacation Spring 2022 & when we got there house was still being half cleaned. Once we got into house we noticed some beds hadn't been completely made up, soiled kitchen ******* ****** cockroaches, dirty walls. I have rented thru them once before & previous house was fine with no issues, but this second time was a disappointment. I reached out to ************************************* along with sending pics but I got no response. I only hoped I would get some type of partial refund for the condition I found the house in,but I guess when its negative comments they don't like to respond back nor try & reconcile the issue.

On our way back from renting a home on ****************** in champions gate ********* *******. We rented the home as a family of 4 my husband and 2 young children. My sisters family later joined us for a few days. We made a mistake in trusting this company and thinking we were getting something nice. NEVER rent a house from head to Orlando The customer service from the very beginning was awful and got even worse. Our experience:Breech of credit card information False advertising - homes do not have the features they photos show (a games room was advertised and appealing to us with two small boys only not one of the features were there as shown. No air hockey, no basketball game, no dart board, no functioning ping pong table! Unsafe - drapery post about to come off the wall above the childs bed Unsanitary - not cleaned at all - disgusting. We spent the entire first night cleaning the place and buying candles to get rid of the smell. Not equipped - house for 16ppl with cutlery for 4ppl, no baking sheet or frying pans, no corkscrew, no pot big enough to **** for more than 4 ppl. Had to go out and buy baking sheet, frying pan etc. Shittiest customer service ever! No one cares about your experience once they get your money. Rude, unresponsive and flip you back and forth with no one taking accountability.Sound system does not work in advertised theatre room Half the lights in the house burned out. We simply asked to be compensated as the house was not cleaned and we pay $250 usd for cleaning and for all the stuff we had to buy as well as our inconvenience, and something for the fact the house did not have what was advertised and what we paid for. We would have been happy with some compensation. Instead we were passed between head for Orlando and the property manager each telling us the other could only help us and no one will give us the owners information. We paid $6400 for 2 weeks and were scammed.
