    My ****** review:***** is right beside my neighborhood, which is about 3 minutes drivings away. The handy man took more than an full hour to buy the hardware he needed, which are some screwz and nails. And the hourly rate is 125, it is easy money for them. The experience is a robbery. I will not recommend ACE handymen to anybody, even my worst enemy. Response owner:The facts are - our craftsman arrived to your job on-time at 9am, spent the first 20 minutes going over with you the areas of repair and then assessing the materials needed to reattach your gutters - which involved more than screws and nails. He then left for *****, which is a 3-4 minute drive from your house, obtained the required materials too do your job and checked out of ***** at 9:44am (the actual time stamp that is on the materials receipt) and then was back at work, on a ladder, performing the job of securing your gutters by 9:55am. We can both agree, though, that we would absolutely prefer it that you do not recommend us to anyone similar to you - friend or enemy.-My reply:Well, you said 9:44am is the timestamp on the receipt and he returned by 9:55am. However, the actual return time of your employee was 10:05 am. I was lying in the car, this is true. Just because I was sick with a fever, but not in sleep. I kept checking the time frequently to make sure my hourly handyman project is not a scam. After 10:05am, your employee came back, he moved his truck into my driveway instead of the curb-side previously, right next to my car. What is the materials your mentioned more than screws and nails? A new ladder? I forgot, you have the ****** receipt, which was never showed to me, because he want me to pay the materials rate on your own invoice, $153.51, in addition to the hourly labor charge for ****** shopping, $125 /hour. I don't want to quarrel with you anymore. You really think you just lost one of the bad customer "similar to me". Please don't lie, neither to me or to yourself.

    It is quite ironic that your original comment states that our craftsman took more than a full hour to go to the store and return with the materials needed. Yet somehow you can't seem to work out or acknowledge that if he left your house by 9:20/9:25 - it does take time to actually walk to and from a vehicle - and was back and working by 9:55 (and even if your erroneous time of 10:05 was used), that that is on no way "more than a full hour" as your original false statement claimed. But that's ok, we don't need an apology. I also understand that you likely do not understand what it takes or what materials are needed to repair/reattach gutters, but in addition to the specific screws needed, you also need new specific brackets/hangers to replace your defective ones - of which he had to replace 24 of them. And he did so in on your front and back gutters in quite a reasonable time frame. And our rate of $125 hour - which includes all activities related to a job - which seems to be your big issue, was clearly communicated to you when the job was scheduled. What is very notable is that you have made zero negative claims about the work performed. I have no quarrel with you, other than the false statements made, particularly around your time.
