Their billing system is made to confuse people, trying to charge you two months instead of one. Their customer service is rude, they are aware of the type of confusing system and they do not tell the truth. Another issue, THEY DO NOT ISSUE AN INVOICE. As a customer, there is no way to receive an invoice they issue a statement with no invoice number. It's a shame that a company behaves that way.

Thank you for the review of MCTV. We apologize if your recent invoice is confusing – that is not our intent. With eStatement invoicing, you receive a monthly email with a link that takes you to the customer portal where you can view and print your invoices. Your account number is listed at the top of the invoice as well as in the bottom portion. It has been our policy since 1965 (when we started our service) to send an invoice to be due the first of the month. You have the whole month to pay without any penalties – late charges apply on the 5th of the following month. For example, January’s invoice is due on January 1, but you have the whole month in which to pay and your account would not be charged a late fee until February 5 if you have not already paid for January’s service. This policy is similar to other utility companies, such as phone companies – they charge for the services for the upcoming month. This is in no way meant to confuse our customers and our representatives are available to help. In regards to the level of customer service you received, we have reviewed the calls and our trainer will work with the representatives to ensure they are offering the best customer care to everyone.
