Prive Nail Spa Response
12/03/2021
Thank you for taking your time to leave us some further feedback. We appreciate your business and are sorry to hear about your most recent visit with us as this is not typical of our staff to behave in such a manner. We have spoken with our salon manager regarding your case and he recalls KC apologizing to you about your situation. Our salon manager remembers you contacting the salon and that you needed a fix right away, however as he explained, our salon can only accommodate fixes for customers with the original technician that serviced you and should this specific nail technician be busy at the time of your arrival for the fix, we apologize as we would need for you to wait. We're sorry if there may have been any miscommunication in regards to how this was expressed to you at the time of your call and/or visit. We have noted your comments and sincerely ask that if you're not pleased with your services here with us, then we hope that you'll find another salon that would better suit your needs. In regards to your request, our team does not have authorization to release someone, but we will be sure to pass along your concerns to management. Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards,
AV Management

Actually, there are many false accounts and statements in your statement from the salon manager as follows:
1) I called the salon and asked for that specific tech as I really liked her and the individual that answered ( I believe it was the manager but when I asked for his name, he hung up on me and they also refused to tell me who it was when I came into the salon - this was very suspicious) said she would be in after 10 so I asked if he could make an appt for me but he got very frustrated and said, no no we don't make appts to have anything fixed and you can come later and see if she is available and then hung up the phone. As you can image, I was frustrated. I am a lawyer and am busy. I have always respected my techs, always giving large tips etc. This was the first problem that I've ever had and it was only because I wanted something fixed for which they could not charge me. This is unacceptable. If you buy a damaged product, every company has a policy to exchange and return WITHOUT being harassed.
2) What ** gave was not an apology, she begrudgingly said something under her breathe as she was walking g by. She did not have the courtesy to actually stand there and listen to my complaint. This was NOT an apology. And her husband refused to apologize and he is the MANAGER. It was his responsibility to make this right. Not only did he not make it right but he started screaming at the top of his lungs. You should be ashamed of such behavior. And I have been going to this salon for years and have heard him great other women the same way. Always some on color are treated this badly. This has serious ****** issues and you should be worried for the safety of your clients. He is not stable.
3) He says he explained- he did not explain anything. As soon as he learned that I didn't want a service and all I needed was a fix, he became impatient and just wanted to end the conversation. All I knew was that my tech was coming in at 10. Other than that he did not communicate anything. When I asked for an appointment, he just said, we don't make appt for that, we don't make appt. However, when I need a service from which they stand to make money, they can speak in a decent way. It no business can stay in business without having a way to satisfactorily address products/service issues. And Prive, too, will not be able to compete with all of the fantastic salons here in this area that can actually provide better customer care.
My ask again is to terminate the employment of both the manger and ** as they aren't just rude but extremely vicious. Today this is simply just a nuisance for your spa but I fear that one day this could turn into something really dangerous. That manger is not ******** stable. At the very least you should have him assessed for ********* ****** issues so you don't risk the safety of so many wonderful people that go in and out of that spa. And don't worry, me and my network of people in the community will stop visiting this salon until that manager is gone. And I will be spreading the word about the terrible service here. Thanks for responding. Up to you from here on how you choose to handle.
