      Last Thursday, I found workers from Anytime Tree Service removing trees from my neighbors property. I had to go into my backyard as I watched the worker cutting down a tree and allowing the large limbs of the tree to fall directly on my very expensive wooden fence. This caused damage to my fence such as leaving gashes in the wood, black discoloration and indents to my fence. When I addressed this with the worker and told him (with his boss standing there to watch) that I did not appreciate their lack of concern or care for my property, he then started roping off the additional branches as they fell which is what he should have done all along. To think that the damage would have been far worse had I not interrupted him and stopped his negligent actions. When they were done, they left a heaping pile of wood chips all over my wooden fence, along the top, in between the panels of wood and piled up directly behind my fence, never bothering to clean off my property. Please understand that I was not the one calling them for tree removal. After calling my neighbors to get involved and Any Time Tree Service three times leaving them voicemails to ask them to be accountable and come back to clean up the mess they left me, I have not heard back from them. They also failed to contact my neighbors after they paid their bill. This company has created negative feelings between my neighbors and I due to their lack of responsibility and caring for surrounding property that is affected by their unprofessional and damaging services. I want them to come to my home, apologize and rectify the damage they have created with my fence and property. I would highly recommend giving your business to other tree service companies in the area who are professional and responsible in providing quality service and accountability when things go wrong. I feel very violated, disrespected and concerned that they are not responding to my complaint. They are ignoring their negligence.

      I received an email from our customer in the evening on Monday, September 30th regarding a neighbor that had mentioned had tried to get a hold of our company. Unfortunately, if a voicemail was left it was not received on my end. There have been a few issues with our voicemail as other customers have reached out via email stating same issue. I was appreciative of our customer making me aware of a concern. We do have other mulitiple ways of getting a hold of our company and we have received emails from the neighbor as well previously in 2022. We also have our website contact form, social media including ******** and Instagram messaging, as well as Yelp.  We receive messages on all formats and respond as quickly as we can. I reached out to the neighbor (the individual filling out this complaint) early Tuesday morning via phone and the conversation was very pleasant. This is phone conversation transpired on the Tuesday morning following the customer job the previous Thursday. Once I was made aware on Monday evening, the issue was not ignored. During the phone conversation with this individual it was agreed that text messaging would be sufficient communication regarding scheduling a time one evening for me to stop by and take a look at the concerns at hand. At this point in time, I have reached out twice to try to schedule that visit. I messaged when I stated that I would during the phone conversation with possible dates, and then followed up again later in the evening. Unfortunately, I am not receiving a response back. 

      We value concerns as a company and address them when we are aware of them. I am greatful our customer reached out via email to inform me of the neighbors concerns. These ratings and damaging remarks on ****** and through this agency were placed before my knowledge of the issue. And it seems placed a few short days after completion prior to my knowledge of the issue. 

      We are a small family run company, we value our customers and appreciate the opportunity to serve our community. There are many other companies in the area that offer fantastic services as well and we applaud all of them. We work in a high risk safety industry and we want all who work in our field to remain safe while doing so. We do manage to address concerns as quickly as we are able once being made aware of them. 

      I do hope that I receive communication soon from this individual and am allowing ***** as everyone has extremely busy schedules. I look forward to hearing from them regarding a day that works for them. If I keep messaging it will seem like harrassment. If my attempts are ignored intentionally for, I'm not sure how to proceed at that point.
