I will start this by saying my kids and myself have had great experiences with Dr ********* in the past. I had surgery on 6/5/23 for full mouth extractions and implant supporter put in. I went in 2 weeks in advance to finalize payments and post surgery institutions. One of the most important parts was discussing medications for after surgery. She said the prescriptions would be sent in to the pharmacy before surgery so it would be taken care of and I could go home rest after. I called a few times before to make sure they would be sending them in. A week before surgery and the day before I was told not to worry that everything would be ready. As of an hour before surgery, they weren’t sent over. They said they would do it right away, but they didn’t. I went home after surgery in horrible pain and I wasn’t numbed. The office was already closed and we called the emergency number several times with no response. By the time we received a call back (by the financial advisor, not a doctor) the pharmacy was also closed and I was vomiting from the pain. I had to suffer that night and most of they day after before they were finally sent in. They gave me 1 day of pain medication. The worst days of pain for this type of procedure are days 3 and 4. They said if I needed anything else for pain relief besides Tylenol I had to contact a pain management doctor. I had no relief for a week after surgery. I was not really able to eat or drink and barely had any sleep. I ended up losing 13 pounds that week. I will drive hours away if I need any other help from a surgeon. I am writing this review to hopefully save someone else from a bad experience
