I went to view an apartment in Arlington Heights called "the stonebridge village". It's managed by the Conner Group. I paid 100$ for the application of the apartment that is non refundable and 299$ admin fee that is refundable if I change my mind or not get approved for the unit. I didn't get approved for the unit so I said I'd like my 299$ back since I got approved in a different place. The sales rep named Luke Cowart said he will be sending the money back to my account immediately. Mind you , it took him 5 min to take them out of my account when he needed it. It's been 2 weeks and I still have nothing returned. I reached out to him a week after he said he was going to send me my money back and he said " I will see what the hold up is and email you a receipt for the refund as well". I still don't have the money in my account so I reached out to him again stating I want my money by end of business day since it's been 2 weeks. His response was "stop texting me" and blocked me. I need my money back and want to make a report because this is no way of treating someone and their money.Business response
