April 2022, I took my vehicle a second time to Middletown Ford for use of their body shop against my better judgement. I informed Casey (body shoo manager) that I did not want the back right wheel fixed. I would take the difference in the damage for the wheel. May 2022 I pick up my vehicle and there's new damage. A cracked windshield that had no previous marked damage. Casey told me I could have I repaired there (absolutely not since I had issues twice) and my money would be sent. May 2022 a check was sent in both my name and Ford's name. May 2022 I called Ford, Casey told me not to worry, my money for the wheel would be sent and he knew what to do. May 2022 to June 2022 I followup consistently with insurance about the money and issues with the shop. July 2022 I was informed the check was cashed, insurance began an investigation. July 2022 I called Ford again, Casey isn't there, no managers are there to speak with. This began a long turn of me calling to try to reach someone other than a voice-mail. August to October 2022 I followed up with the insurance company, again getting crickets from Ford and no money for my wheel. Months of playing ring around the rosey with insurance for sheer documentation, and voice-mails left for Ford that go unanswered. Insurance adjustors Rob says keep calling. November 2022 I begin another game of ring around the rosey. Calling insurance to which I find Ford cashed the check and forged my signature when no permission written or otherwise was given. I never received cash for my wheel. Insurance told me to file a police report with local PD. Was done immediately Nov 14. I filed a complaint with Ford cooperation. Then called Middletown Ford several times going above Casey's head to Lisa and left her a voice message. Surprise, surprise. This dealership is both shady and unprofessional. Formal charges will be dropped for forgery and theft. Where's my pay out for my wheel?
