            In August 2022, BBB investigated Travetz’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a complaint, consumer inquiries and scam tracker reports. Specified within the consumer complaint and scam tracker reports, consumers order a product from the website (www.travetz.com) and receive the product minus the additional parts that was advertised. The consumers attempted to contact the company but were not able to reach the company.
            On August 23, 2022, BBB checked the website www.travetz.com to determine when it was created and where it was registered. The website was created on May 7, 2022 and is registered in Guangdong, China and the registrant name/information was not disclosed. In August and September of 2022, your BBB reached out to Travetz in writing via email, postal mail and by phone seeking background information on the business. To date, BBB has not received a response from the company.
            Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Travetz.

            I purchased a Conjuring Series figurine, of a Nun. The Travetz website shows the nun wearing a cross, along with several removable hands, and a miniature painting of the nun. I received the item, which is not as shown. There is no cross, no additional hands, no miniature painting. I attempted to email Travez at their 2 emails listed. Both came back no such email. I attempted calling. All I get is a rapid busy signal. I simply want to return this item for a refund ($64.80) since the item doesn't match what Travetz claimed to be selling. I did write to them as a last resort. No reply. I believe this website is a scam. I purchased the item via PayPal, who refuses to help. They claim they don't offer refunds for things like this.
