I went in Sept 2022 to get my wisdom teeth extracted, I was given the option to pay a deposit when scheduling or pay in full at the ********, **** location, my procedure was going to be done at *****, **** location so they needed to issue a transfer. I chose to pay in full. I was asked to pay 699 dollars, which I did no problem. I got my procedure, at no point was it ever mentioned that my billing would change. A month later and I was billed 863. I immediately called and they had me do the back and forth between ***** and ******** to get my payment transferred after they said it would be none issue. I also asked for what I was being billed for additionally and no one had been able to provide and itemized bill. Then when ******** finally transferred over the amount they only transferred 630, when I paid 699. Now they are sending me last warnings, so I called to get the bill updated and the supervisor hasnt returned any of my calls. For one, I dont think I should be responsible to come up with the balance, that is on them. Dont have your customers pay in full but then say oh, you owe this actually. 2 I want my bill to be updated and for a supervisor to call me giving me good reason they never returned my calls. I have been nothing but patient and kind every interaction Ive had but Im now to a point when if they send this to collections before rectifying I will seek legal action against them. I will never go through them for anything and will tell all my friends and family not to either.
