After months, we are FINALLY satisfied. We didn’t have a problem paying the 1/2 down upon the signing of the contract. However, we do take issue with full payment due at the end of the first workday (when the job is NOT completed). According to their contact whether it’s completed or not you owe the balance! Our job was only 1/2 way finished on day one. This practice is truly unfair to the consumer. As a customer, you have no financial recourse or leverage if the job had mistakes or doesn’t meet your satisfaction. For example: 1-The incorrect shower head was installed. 2-The shower cady/tower was placed in the wrong corner 3-After the installation, the ceiling was damaged 4-Just as a note, the base is supposed to be slip resistant, we find it to be not After numerous phone calls to our salesman, he NEVER returned our calls! Then we called JRBath office with no response. So, we had to go in person to get things moving after weeks of no return calls. The manager we spoke to assured us that he would talk to all the parties involved. However, the second installation person, Eric, is the one we give the credit to for making everything right. After Eric stepped in, it took awhile because of scheduling issues but we finally got what we expected with our walk-in shower.

JR Luxury Bath out of North Canton. OH was scheduled to install a handicap type shower for my disabled father on Oct 14th. Requiring my father to pay the full amount of $13,120 before they would schedule the install. On Oct 7 my father unexpectedly passed away. After several attempts to talk with someone about the situation and explaining that we would now have to cancel this install. Finally after a few weeks of vague email responses and no call backs I received a response explaining that they were going to send me a refund. Well the joy of realizing that the family would be getting a refund to help pay off the credit card my father used to pay the balance of $6560 for the bath install was quickly turned into utter disgust when we realized that they were only going to be refunding $2848.28.. This is the breakdown of costs sent to me by JR Luxury Bath.. You can be the judge of what kind of company JR Luxury Bath really is. Contract total $13,120 60% contract total $7872 Cost of items $2399.72 Total cancellation fee $10271.72 Amount eligible for refund $2848.28 The back of the contract explains that if you cancel the bath after the 3 days right if rescission you only get back 40% of the total paid minus cost of materials ..So after pleading my case with Dan Z**** and Rob M*** that this was not a normal cancellation as described in their contract but due to the person that ordered the bath passing away JR Bath decided that they did not care at all and will now be profiting as described above $7872 off of the death of their customer my father..

Excellent from start to finish. Came on time, kept the bathroom clean, and installed the shower flawlessly. The shower, itself, looks great. I highly recommend them.

JR Bath converted our old tub into a walk in shower & they did a fabulous job. Above & beyond my expectations. It was done in 1 day. Eric the installer was respectful & he consulted us to be sure everything was placed for our convenience. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Some basement water management construction gave my wife and I the opportunity to fix a big mistake we made 18 years ago when we chose a small, box store shower for our basement bathroom. Now we wanted a large, beautiful shower like ones we used at some of hotels in our travels through the eastern US. We talked to some shower places who weren't capable of fulfilling our dreams. But when we talked to JR Bath we felt like we had someone who could deliver. The sales person was Thaer. He was knowledgeable and ready to LISTEN to our ideas and then help us figure out how to get them done. Other companies had people trying to convince me what I wanted. It turned me off. Thaer and JR Bath had a huge selection of acrylic patterns and laser etchings and hardware and doors that had me picking exactly what I had in my head as the premier shower for me. When time for the install came, a problem hidden by the previous wall had me worried that I might not have the window in my dream shower,but Eric, a man with over 30 years of wisdom had made it happen for me. JR Bath moved a pipe that was in the way, worked around some steps and delivered my dream shower quickly and beautifully. We knew we would see a price higher than most would expect to pay for a shower but JR Bath came in under what we were expecting. You have to pay for better stuff, but the great, 'dream shower' JR Bath provided was actually a value. JR Bath didn't really sell me a shower, they sold me service and I am 100 percent satisfied in my dream purchase from the initial meeting to the install I couldn't imagine it going any better than it did.

From our initial visit with Phil, we were pleased with JR Bath. He listened to our needs and wants, and explained our options for replacing our tub with a walk in shower, but he did not pressure us. The work was completed in the promised time frame by Brad who came to our door neatly dressed, introduced himself, and put down drop cloths to protect our floors from his truck to our bathroom. Kaitlyn and Madison, also neatly dressed and polite installed the back ordered handheld shower holder. We were pleased with JR Bath from the beginning to the end, and we love our new shower! We would highly recommend JR Bath to others.

The insulation of our new walk-in tub was very professionally done and in only a day and a half. The installers were hardworking and very cordial. Thanks again for all your good work!

JR Bath I love their design that they did for us and they were very professional and they showed up they only took the bathtub away broke it up there’s only one guy working he works 10 hours one day and 10 hours the other day our bathroom was done in two days and it’s remarkable it’s the most beautiful thing I could ever ask for in a remodel I’ll give them a great recommendation from ***** *******
