            Ordered two power panels. One worked and one didn’t. Called three times . They said someone would get back to me. I want to return it for one that works. They never returned my call. That was power panel. This panel is no use to me. I paid. I have ordered from them before. And have a fireplace I love .

            I consider myself a "Heat Surge" devotee, my latest purchase is the third product in my personal home inventory. They are a beautifully finished reliable source of heat and energy efficient. The units also offer me an added sense of fire safety, which my electric wall registers do not. I appreciate the ease of ordering, prompt delivery, free shipping and of course the rebates.
