              Multiple attempts were made to contact this company and there was long wait time for someone to return my call to schedule an estimate. I was informed by the representative "they do not service the "East Side" of Cleveland" because it was "too far". Please note, I have worked in the Parma and Parma Heights areas and the drive is between 30-40 minutes. This response seemed to be biased and represented something else. Meaning if I resided on the "West Side" of Cleveland than it would not have been too far.
