    Extremely unprofessional. Worst customer service ever dealt with and this is not an exaggeration. Not deserving of being in business.Place an order for a product online. Website states that it is normal for items to ship between 7 to 10 days. It has been close to a month and the product has not shipped. This in itself is understandable, since the item may not be stocked, although an estimated ship date and notification would have been nice.A number of emails were sent to check for status on the order, none of which were ever responded to. Numerous calls were also placed during normal business hours and voicemail picked up each and every time. No one was ever reachable.At one point, received a call from an unknown number which was missed. Tried to call the number a few times until, finally, after about 4 weeks, I was able to speak to someone. I would have assumed he was a customer service representative, but based on what followed, if he really were, I'm sure he'd be fired on the spot had management heard him speak! He rudely and angrily told me to stop bothering him and that I shouldn't be calling this many times, and that the item will be shipped when it arrives, possible within a few days, but no way to tell. I was practically getting scolded for asking for status on a month old order after not having been able to get a hold of anyone, thinking I got scammed.I asked for a refund, but instead, I was told that it may not be possible and that he doesn't know if his suppliers will agree for a cancellation. He practically told me I have the choice of doing things the "easy way" or doing them the "difficult way." Mind you, not a single part of this entire conversation occurred without a rude and hostile undertone.Seeing this was not heading anywhere, I couldn't get an approximate lead time or confirmation of refund/cancellation, and I was being talked down to, I decided to end the conversation and contact my credit card company for a dispute.

    I am the owner of the company. We do not make nor ship any items from our location. She literally called me 6 times in a 15 minute period on 9/8. I did not answer because I was helping another customer. She could have left a voicemail and I would have gladly returned her call. Her calls and attitude bordered on harassment and she was rude when I finally had a chance to answer her last call. Customer is aware of Covid-fueled global shortage of material and labor that's been going on for three years. We explained this to her nonetheless. We do not have the man power or resources to perpetually update the lead time on our website for every item, though the menu at the top of the home page has an 'order lead time info' button and most people are aware of the difficulties in the supply chain. She was told the glasses would ship early in the week of 9/11/23, but demanded a refund. We told her we would need to contact the manufacturer (who had to order the frames from *******) to see if it was possible to cancel order. We advised her that if the order had already shipped, she'd need to return them for a refund. She was rude and unreasonable saying she was going to contact the credit card company and file a dispute. I have contacted the manufacturer asking if the order can be cancelled and am waiting for his response.

    Customer has been issued a full refund. I'd like them to remove this complaint and the bad ****** review. They are welcome to take their business elsewhere in the future.
