If I could put no stars or negative stars I would. They did me so dirty this year It started with employer ******** ******, She did the paperwork for my taxes on the 27th of February of 2024 for 2023. I was suppose to get a loan. Called & went up there they said my loan was pending ******** ****** did not file my paperwork until the 28th The deadline for the loan was the 28th I never received a loan. Now it is the week of April 27th 28th I should be getting my taxes! Previously I had called up to Montgomery road Norwood Liberty Tax and talk to a Supervisor/ Manager name Regina,She said that this is what I have a ScheduleC, IRS is being very strict on scheduleC That my taxes have been sent to another department at the IRS. I call the IRS they tell me they never received anything from Liberty Tax, I don't even have a rejection. So I call Liberty Tax again Manager Regina She tells me the same thing "(The IRS is being very strict on schedule C's you have self-employment ,Your paperwork has been sent to a special department to be revised)" I call the IRS again I go into this little cycle Calling IRS & Liberty Tax, Regina lies she tells me she'll call me back she never did. So after being told twice that my that IRS does not have any of my information that nothing has been submitted not even a rejection I go ahead and take my paperwork to another location in Cincinnati. So previously I was charged $800 for paperwork at Liberty Tax (tax prep fees) in Norwood... Not only does Jon L***** at this other location tell me that the paperwork is just sitting in the computer and never was submitted, He also charges me another $400 that comes out of my refund So that's $1,200 all together. When I call Norwood this guy answers the phone around 3:00Pm on the 27th of April he tells me that its impossible for somebody to do your taxes and not submit forms. I never received an apology issue was never acknowledged, Regina never called back.Nobody was held accountable for anything
