Went to eat before the movie at the drive in and had an hour and 15 mins to get food and get 10 mins down the road. Ordered soup and dinner, kids meal and a breakfast meal. Got drinks right away and waited over 45 mins for food and it was missing stuff no soup before the meal then I had to take it to go and heard waitress complain to the cook about it like they were mad SMH I was mad. Never got the right food and had to eat in my car at the drive in and then she acted like she gave us the order and didn't. They had a manager doing paperwork and a kid at the register that could have cleaned tables and another girl that was cleaning tables and doing nothing but wouldn't help out except she did take pies to the table behind. When your short handed you work together to help the customers get food not leave on the counter to get cold. Very bad management. I called the complaint line twice so I could get my food I didn't get and no one has called me back for weeks. So different from the one in Northwood Ohio the waitress there I usually have is great and they work together and I see management helping out there all the time. I won't go to the one in Oregon again very bad management always and I don't know if I will ever go to Bob Evans to eat anyway since they careless about customers. My money spends anywhere.
