            On Wednesday, June 15th, AT&T fiber optics came out to mark lines in my neighbors yard. At the time of their entrance, it seemed they were unaware my neighbors had a gate that opened on both sides of their home. Due to this unawareness, one of the workers hopped the fence causing damage to my fence property. At the time of the occurrence, pictures were taken to show damage of the fence. In addition, communication was made with the lead of the crew to inform him of the damage that had been done to my property. None of the crew members took responsibility even though one of them was physically seen jumping the fence and causing damage. Originally, the lead of the crew said that he would buy materials to fix the fence up and would return in about an hour to complete the job. He returned a hour later only to advise that his supervisor wanted to contact me about the damage. I provided the lead crew worker with my name and phone number as he had already copied down my address. I have yet to hear anything back from the workers nor the supervisor.
